Message	Hello, I was wondering what set of tools a beginner should get. My brother is just getting into cars and wants his own good set of tools within reason and price. I want to give him a set for Christmas and dont know what to include. Im thinking a metric ratchet set and ratcheting wrenches (both short and stubby). also a few pairs of needle nosed pliers and maybe a jack (I've read through the conversations on the site about low-profile ones). Maybe some lighting too? Any other essentials im missing. Im sure he has screw drivers and such. His space is limited and will be working out of a small one car garage. Thanks for the input
